So I've got this new life
A new boyfriend who I love dearly
Who is definitely not my usual "type"
But I've got a feeling he's my new type
He makes me happier
Happier than the old boyfriend ever did
This new boyfriend said he wanted me to be the last girl he ever kissed

I've also got this new outlook on life
I'm trying to look at things from the whole "glass half full" perspective
I'm not gonna lie...it's rather difficult
But I'm trying...and I like it
I also have a better relationship with my family
Surprise Surprise!
I'm not saying it's perfect...far from it...but it's better
And I've got this new idea
Clean my room a little bit every day
And it will stay clean! :p
I'm also trying harder in school
My grades may not show it yet
But I hope they will
I'm also trying to not procrastinate
That one may be the toughest
But it's mainly this new boy...
